Sheena Bailey – Principal Consultant
Sheena has worked as an Organisational Consultant with Slam Partners since 2006. Sheena manages and leads complex consultancy projects in mental health and integrated services, has a strategic lead for developing the coaching business and designs specific coaching programmes to help senior managers, clinicians and team leaders develop their coaching skills.
Sheena is a trained consultant, NLP Master Practitioner and certified coach and has an MBA. She is a full member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a qualified practitioner in the use of research based psychometric tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II, Aston Team Performance Inventory (ATPI) and Work Environment Scale (WES). Sheena is currently completing her ICF qualifications and is involved in evaluation research.
Prior to working with Slam Partners Sheena worked in the manufacturing and service sectors and in organisational and learning development in primary care. Sheena has over 20 years experience of working in the public sector.
