Michael Wilkins- Principal Consultant
Michael initially worked with Slam Partners as an Associate Consultant. He now works part-time as a Principal Consultant taking a strategic lead for the development of the mediation and conflict resolution service. Michael manages and leads on complex consultancy projects in health and social care.
Michael is a trained consultant, mentor and coach and a full member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is a qualified practitioner in the use of research-based tools Aston Team Performance Inventory (ATPI) and Work Environment Scale (WES). He is a registered Investors in People assessor and advisor.
Michael has a background in psychodynamics systems theory and prior to moving into organisational consultancy, worked as a consultant with families for 15 years in the public sector.
