Ian Fishwick - Lead Consultant
Ian joined Slam Partners in March 2007. He has lead responsibility for a variety of consultant projects in health and social care, working with principal consultants to deliver complex consultancy projects, coaching and learning and development programmes. He has a Masters degree in Psychodynamic Consultancy and is a full member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).
He is a qualified practitioner in the use of research-based tools Aston Team Performance Inventory (ATPI) and Work Environment Scale (WES). Ian has extensive experience of working in the public and voluntary sector partnering people to make individual changes and helping teams and organisations improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to working with Slam Partners, Ian worked as a consultant and mentor with senior leaders and managers in a variety of settings. Ian has 28 years experience of working in education in the voluntary sector.
