Christine Tedder - Business Manager
Christine has worked with Slam Partners since 1999. She manages the business and leads on the marketing of the service. She has overall responsibility for ensuring that the governance arrangements in place are reviewed and improved as necessary. Together with Suesan, Christine completes annual audits of the team’s practices. Christine manages assessment centres on behalf of Slam Partners and is trained to deliver a number of the assessment tools routinely used in recruitment. She is trained to use SPSS and leads on the analysis of data gathered for service evaluations and research.
Prior to joining Slam Partners, Christine worked in the banking industry in a variety of roles. She has 16 years experience in the NHS.
