This programme will provide leaders and managers with the knowledge and skills to use coaching as an integral part of their supervision of individuals and teams.

This programme will enable managers, leaders and staff to understand their own preferred style of managing conflict and learn how to work creatively to resolve differences.
Understanding the role of culture in health care
This programme will help staff by focusing on how some service users incorporate their cultural beliefs in relation to their health issues. The programme will also explore how culture influences team dynamics.
Team development
This programme is tailored for teams and services. It encourages team leaders, managers and clinical leaders to work within their team and the wider service using measurement tools to benchmark themselves against other teams, set objectives and put in place regular methods to monitor and review team performance within the context of the service and wider organisation.
All programmes have been developed using a sound theoretical basis. They offer practical applications of theories and the opportunity for participants to practice the skills learnt within a safe environment. Psychometric tools are used as appropriate and include Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 and Step 11, Californian Psychological Inventory, 360-degree appraisal, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
