Using The Partner System (TPS), consultants will work with clients to scope the consultancy work, agree time scales for delivery, and identify intended outcomes.

They will then work jointly with their clients to help them identify the organisational components that are helping or hindering them from delivering, efficient, effective services. They will help them develop the courage to have tough conversations that have been avoided, unpick problems and identify solutions that will work for them in their local environment.

The consultants will use the matrix of services to ensure that the consultancy interventions are tailored and modified as necessary to meet the client needs that will deliver the desired results. As part of the action plan a clear method of evaluation will be put in place. This will enable the clients and consultant to measure the effectiveness of the changes.
